Last year, I bought a juicer for my family’s use. I shared it in my post Fresh Juice for Good Health. Since then, I’ve been using it only for carrots. I haven’t been exploring the other possible combinations of fruits and vegetables, but last weekend, I decided to give it a try and dared to mix the following:
2 stalks celery
5 spinach leaves
bunch of parsley
1 slice pineapple
It wasn’t bad. Well, honestly, after juicing the first 4 ingredients, I tasted it and it was bitter, so I decided to add the pineapple, and it turned out good. I was also told that a drop of honey will also work in neutralizing the taste. It was good and very filling, in fact, I didn’t eat anything after drinking the juice. I guess, I will try more combinations.
