After about 4 years of not joining the Fitness Club in my office, I’ve finally gotten the push to enroll again, and this time, I hope it’s for good. Although I wasn’t able to do my cardio last week due to my family leave, this week I promised myself I’ll do it double time. In combination with the gym, I hope I can also have some walking exercise during weekends.
I’ve read many inspiring tips from several magazines on how to burn fat faster. For maximum fat-burning, focus on your form. Walking correctly engages more muscles, which then use up more calories. The main rules: Don’t stare at the pavement – stand tall, with your chin up. Do bend your elbows and pump your arms, so your fists swing in an arc. Do spring off your toes – push off as if you’re trying to display the soles of your shoes to someone behind you. And don’t forget to stay hydrated. I’ll keep these in mind when I do my walking exercise.
For now, I want to stay motivated in going to the gym regularly.

I’ve been dieting for 2 weeks and I have not seen any results. I lost 2 pounds the first week, and have stayed the same. My arms and legs feel more firm. I go to he gym everyday, and I also diet. I’m just trying to lose 15 pounds.
