Catching up with an old friend

Yesterday, I had a chance to chat online with a long time friend who is now based in the US. It was a rare opportunity that she was available so I grabbed the chance and we really had a long talk because we needed a lot of catching up with each other's lives. She mentioned that she had just recently moved house that was why she was so busy and did not find the time to email me back. She said she was just fortunate that she was able to get hold of one of the best Dallas movers in her place so she really didn't have difficulty in going through the move. But nonetheless, she was busy for a few days before her move and a few days more after the move. Good thing that her kids are all grown-up already and were also able to help her out. It didn't help that her husband was away and was sent by his company to an assignment outside the country. Very timely indeed! Moving from one place to another is really stressful, so, she was just so thankful that she was able to hire reliable movers who efficiently did their job. So, when we were chatting, she was just relaxing after a long week spending time arranging her furnitures in her new home. It was just so nice talking to her!
