Paradiso Terrestre

Last 29 March, we suddenly thought of taking the kids out for swimming. We originally planned of setting up our inflatable pool in the garage, but then, we thought, why not just go the nearby resort.

We went first to Circle Island Resort, but it was packed! Then, we proceeded to Paradiso Terrestre. From outside, and from their website, the place looked nice. So, we tried it out. It wasn’t as impressive as the pictures in their website, but the deciding factor was when I saw the pool — it was covered, well, not really a roof, but a net which can somehow protect my kids from the heat of the sun.

The entrance fee was reasonable, but the table and chairs were very expensive… but of course, we couldn’t just put our things on the floor, and since we planned on spending the whole day there, we needed a place to relax… so, we had no choice but to get their rectangular table with 6 chairs at the cost of Php400.

The kids enjoyed themselves, most especially, the little girl. She just really loves water! She even learned how to swim just by herself, with a little help from her Dad, but we still want her to have formal lessons in swimming just like her kuya and ate.

When it was time to go home — the daytime swimming was only until 4pm — she had a tantrum because she didn’t want to get out of the water!
