Izah’s Graduation

Last 31 March, my daughter graduated from Grade Six. As always, as in the past occasions, like when she graduated from Prep and when she had her first communion, her school really made sure that the event is a solemn one.

It was a heartwarming experience for us, her parents. What I really love about the graduation ceremony was the part wherein all the children go to their parents to give them their Diploma, this was done with the heart-wrenching background music, that really made me cry the first time I experienced it when she graduated from Prep.

It’s now off to High School for our little girl, and I’m sure she’ll be fine.

She’ll be in the same school so there wouldn’t be lots of adjustments for her. There would be new acquaintances to meet, and new friends to make. I’m sure she’ll have a grand time enjoying high school life.

I had a blast taking pictures of her with her friends, plus her class adviser. Most of her classmates I think will stay in the same school. These are two of her closest friends, however, i think, one of them will move to another school, so, it’s sad, but i’m sure they’ll be in constant communication through text, so, no problem at all
